My Mate Dave Mr Jurado makes my kinda music. Heard some of these done acoustic in the recent London Bethnal Green gig so its been nice to check the studio version now as its normally the other way round x Favorite track: Random Fearless.

Harvey This is one of the most heartbreaking songs I’ve ever heard. Five stars. Favorite track: Cindy Lee.

christianskjott The Maraqopa trilogy was phenomenal but I’ve also longed for a more intimate and stripped down Jurado for years now. This is album is everything I could’ve ever hope for and so much more! Favorite track: The Last Great Washington State.

One week in, loving this! Meandering, quirky and kinda randomly deadpan lyrics are beautiful - little stories in all. And the sound is lush in some songs and smashingly rock hard in others.
